Legislative Affairs Section

This Office provides technical and legal assistance aimed at giving adivice on draft laws and legislative proposals in the field of narcotic drugs, both of regulatory and legislative nature. It assists in establishing national legislative activities and in the analysis of procedures and regulatory proposals from Community Institutions. The Legislative Affairs Section also provides the preparatory inspection activities and has recently been delegated to draft of laws on drug matters.
